Shipping Policy
Your preview (proof)
- We aim to send your preview within 24 hours. At very busy times it can take a little longer.
- Priority: your order moves to the front of the queue for design AND printing, so busy times don't slow you down.
- We send the preview to the email and phone number you gave at checkout. Please check your spam and junk folders too.
Revisions
Unlimited revisions before printing. If the order details keep changing (for example a new name or a new photo), our designer may set a limit on further changes. We start printing after you approve your preview. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of sending it, we'll treat it as approved and start printing.
Digital file
A digital file of your artwork comes free with every print order. We send it by email.
Production and shipping
- When your preview is approved, we print your order. Then we ship it.
- Priority orders are printed and shipped first.
- We do not promise a delivery date. Delivery times depend on the carrier, customs, weather, and your address.
- If your order needs a new photo, it will take longer.
Tracking
- You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship from
Your order is made and shipped from one of our production partners in the UK, USA, Europe, or Asia. This depends on stock.
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship all over the world.
PO boxes
Our shipping partners do not deliver to PO box addresses. If you give us a PO box, we are not responsible if the order is not delivered. You can send us a different address. Reshipping fees will apply.
Customs duties and import taxes
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. If your country charges them, you pay them. They are added at the rate that applies on the day of delivery.
