        Questions, answered

        FAQs

Is a personalized dog portrait a good Christmas gift for dog lovers?

Yes! A personalized dog portrait is a thoughtful Christmas gift for anyone who considers their dog part of the family. Turn their favorite dog photo into a beautiful piece of artwork they can display at home and treasure for years.

How can I create a personalized pet portrait from my dog's photo?

Simply upload your favorite pet photo, choose your preferred size and background, and add your pet's name if you'd like. Our artist will transform your photo into a personalized pet portrait, and you'll receive a preview to review before printing.

What is a watercolour dog portrait?

A watercolour dog portrait transforms your dog's photo into artistic, watercolour-style artwork. It captures your pet's distinctive features and personality, creating a beautiful keepsake for your home or a meaningful Christmas gift for a dog lover.

Can I order a personalized dog portrait for someone else's dog?

Absolutely! A personalized dog portrait makes a lovely Christmas surprise for a friend, family member, or partner who adores their dog. Use a favorite photo of their furry companion to create a unique gift that feels personal and thoughtful.

Can I add my dog's name to a personalized pet portrait?

Yes! You can personalize your artwork with your dog's name to make it even more special. It’s a lovely way to celebrate your pet’s personality and create a keepsake that reflects the bond you share.

Are your watercolour dog portraits hand-drawn by real artists?

POC Gifts portraits are hand-illustrated by real artists rather than generated by AI. Your dog's photo becomes a unique piece of artwork, and you can review the preview and request changes before it is printed.

Can I create a personalized pet portrait to remember a pet who has passed away?

Yes. A personalized pet portrait can be a heartfelt way to honor a beloved pet who is no longer with you. Choose a favorite photo that reminds you of the happy moments you shared and turn it into a lasting keepsake.

What kind of photo works best for a personalized dog portrait?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your dog's face and distinctive features are easy to see. A phone photo is fine as long as it isn't too dark or blurry. A favorite photo showing your dog's personality is a great place to start.

Can I see my personalized pet portrait before it is printed?

Yes! You'll receive a digital preview to review before printing. If you'd like any changes, you can request revisions until you're happy with the artwork. Your portrait is printed after approval.

How fast will my dog portrait arrive?

Once you approve your preview, we print your portrait and deliver it in 4–5 days. Approving your preview quickly saves the most time.

It arrived just in time for Christmas, and I can’t express how heartwarming it was to see my son's eyes light up as he unwrapped his gift. The joy on his face was truly priceless. Thank you for making this moment so special. It made me forget what the carrier did, tossing my package into the dirt instead of placing it in the provided bin.

There are not enough words to share how awesome this product is. Our dog passed away a year ago but is always in our hearts. I had this photo of our family with him put on their canvas and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We will be ordering many more products from this company!

I’m so impressed with the whole process of making this beautiful keepsake of my dog, Milo. They did a couple of edits and added a bow tie, to make the canvas perfect! They communicated every set of the way. Thank you!
