Refund policy
Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Pet on Canvas, we cannot offer returns or downgrade/downsize any product once the order is placed. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your photo.
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 30 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed, the cancellation & change request will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order.
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example, we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can however, remove red eye, edit eye color and other requests.
Please note that all examples on site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high-quality finish you see on site.
If you received the wrong product, and the incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In order for us to process a replacement, it is mandatory for the customer to provide us with the following:
A) A clear video and clear images of the damaged product you've received.
B) A clear image of the packaging box or packet the item came in at the time of delivery as proof.
C) A Clear image of the invoice label found on the shipment package.
Please note: If you fail to provide us with the above-mentioned proofs within 24 hours of receiving the shipment delivery, we would not be able to provide you with any replacement/refund for the products.
Please note that if you refuse to provide a replacement after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in quality canvas art, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a high-quality photo for the order, Although we do notify you that you have not provided us a photo in your order it is not our responsibility to chase you for a photo. If you refuse to provide a photo for the creation of the artwork after we have informed you that we have not received a photo in your order, then we cannot refund you or provide a solution for that.
You are only allowed to make three change requests free of charge at the preview stage within the 12-hour window provided to you, Any change requests after the three free change allowed is chargeable.
Due to the manufacturing process, the actual size of the blanket/Canvas may differ +- by 1.5 inches.

Promo Codes
You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
Please note that we are unable to honor retroactive discounts. You must enter the code you intend on using at the time of checkout.
