Every order starts with a digital proof. Not quite right? Tell us and we redraw it, with unlimited revisions. We only print once you approve. If it arrives damaged, it’s covered by our 90-day guarantee.

A clear, bright photo where faces are easy to see. Phone photos are fine. A blurry or very dark photo gives a less detailed result, and we’ll tell you if a photo won’t work.

You can cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Email cs@pocgifts.com. After that, our artists have usually started drawing.
