What are the Timelines/Timeframes, shipping times, and prices?

Digital File

We send you the digital artwork within 72 hours after the order is placed.

The digital orders are usually completed and fulfilled within 3-4 days of placing the order.

Canvas, Acrylic Plaques and Custom Phone case

If you have ordered the physical canvas, You will still receive the digital artwork over email for a preview and a chance to make amendments.

Once you’ve approved the artwork, It is processed further into production for a physical canvas or phone case respectively.

The production usually takes about 7-10 business days.

Priority Order - Get artwork within 24 hours and faster shipping. 

The 24-hour policy for artwork creation applies for business days only and Weekends are excluded.

Once the product is ready, it will be shipped out to you and delivered as soon as possible.

You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

Please note: If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.

Mother's Day Delivery — Important Information

We work incredibly hard to get every Mother's Day order delivered in time, and the vast majority arrive well before the big day. However, please read the following carefully before placing your order:

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery by Mother's Day. While we do everything within our control to meet the deadline — including prioritising production, working extended hours, and using our fastest shipping partners — final delivery depends on factors outside of our control, including:

  • Courier delays and carrier network congestion (which increases significantly in the run-up to Mother's Day)
  • Customs clearance times for international orders
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays in approving your digital artwork proof (production cannot begin until approval is received)

To give your order the best possible chance of arriving in time, we strongly recommend:

  1. Ordering as early as possible — ideally at least 3 weeks before Mother's Day for standard shipping, or 2 weeks before with a Priority Order upgrade.
  2. Approving your digital proof promptly when it lands in your inbox. Every hour matters.
  3. Double-checking your shipping address at checkout.
  4. Selecting Express shipping and the Priority Order upgrade if you're ordering close to the cut-off date.

Cut-off dates for Mother's Day orders will be published on our website ahead of each Mother's Day campaign. Orders placed after the cut-off may still arrive in time, but we are unable to commit to this.

If your order arrives after Mother's Day despite ordering within our recommended window and approving your proof promptly, please get in touch — we'll always do our best to make it right. However, refunds or replacements are not automatic on the basis of late delivery alone, particularly where the delay was caused by the courier, customs, or factors outside our control.

The digital artwork file will always be sent to you by email well in advance, so even in the unlikely event of a physical delivery delay, you'll have something beautiful to share with your Mum on the day itself.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
We’ll be able to provide you with a tracking number once the production of your order has been completed and it is shipped out.

If at any point, you want to check the status of your order, you can mail us and get an assured update or response from us.
You can ask us for ongoing updates over email about where your parcel is, We assure you to give you all information you were looking for.

Where will it be shipped out from?

The orders will be shipped out from either one of our various production houses in the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia depending on the stock levels in our inventory.

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes, We ship unique artwork all over the world! No matter where you are, we can create something incredibly special

PO Addresses 

Our shipping partners do not deliver to PO box addresses. If you still provide a PO box address for shipping, we are not responsible for the failure of order delivery. 
You can provide us with an alternative address, but reshipping charges will be applicable.

Custom duty/Import taxes

The agreed prices, in the respective currency, shall be exclusive of any charges, taxes, customs duties or any other levies in connection with the delivery shall be borne by the customer, which shall be added at the statutory rate valid on the day of delivery.
